Founded in 2004, Zhejiang Zhanxiang Auto & Motorcycle Parts Co., Ltd. is a leading manufacturer specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of premium brake systems for two-wheeled vehicles. Milestones

2004

Transitioned from a humble workshop in Han Tian, Tangxia to a 3,000 m² facility in Shuangqiao, Luofeng. This marked Zhanxiang's transformation from pure trading to integrated manufacturing with in-house R&D.

2005

In response to the national motorcycle ban policy, the company pivoted rapidly to the ATV disc brake market.

2008

Captured over 50% of the ATV brake market and fully exited distribution to focus on building the Zhanxiang brand. Amid the global financial crisis, the company redefined its strategy and turned toward the growing electric two-wheeler brake market in China.

2011

Achieved significant growth by targeting the electric two-wheeler disc brake sector with innovation-driven development and precise market execution.

2012

Signed strategic supply partnerships with leading Chinese electric two-wheeler brands such as Yadea, Luyuan, and Sunra, officially entering OEM integration for first-tier manufacturers.

2015

Annual output exceeded 100 million RMB for the first time. Launched a fully integrated machining line from raw casting to semi-finished parts. Awarded titles including "Zhejiang Technology-Based SME," "Wenzhou Innovation Enterprise," and "Ruian High-Growth Enterprise."

2016

Recognized as a "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative Enterprise" by the Wenzhou Municipal Government, and named a "High-Growth Enterprise of Wenzhou" for the 2015–2016 period.

2017

Awarded again as a "High-Growth Enterprise of Wenzhou" for the 2016–2017 period, further affirming Zhanxiang's sustained development and industry leadership.

2020

Drew insights from the financial sector to redefine the company's long-term strategy. In December, acquired new industrial land in Tangxia Hetang Road for future expansion.
